Uwharrie Chair Company’s unique outdoor furniture collections combine classic American styling with exceptional comfort and all-weather endurance. This heavy, generously scaled product can be crafted from eco-friendly Polymer or inch-thick pine, the wood of choice for ski lodge decks, marina docks, and landscape walks.
Premium Uwharrie Polymer (recycled pre-consumer vinyl) is maintenance-free with exceptional resistance to moisture, fading, insects, splintering, and warping.
Uwharrie Southern Yellow Pine is plantation-grown, hand-selected, domestically harvested, kiln-dried, and pressure treated. Milled from this renewable resource, it can be stained, painted, or left natural.
The durable, high-quality Sherwin Williams coatings are designed for excellent performance on Uwharrie pine. Individual pieces can be hand painted in one of three timeless styles. Pristine (solidly painted satin finish), Distressed (painted, then lightly sanded for an aged look), or Washed (thin layer of paint, heavily sanded with significant grain showing through for a highly weathered look). When left Natural, the plain pressure-treated lumber (without clear coat or paint) will age naturally with weather and become a silver color which can be sanded off later if desired and stained or painted.
Uwharrie’s Carolina Preserves Dining Table is ideal for rustic dinners in your outdoor kitchen. With 30 different wood paint colors to choose from (or left natural) and 4 Poly colors, it’s easy to create a fresh look in any outdoor space.
Dining Chairs and Benches from the Carolina Preserves Collection are available to match the Dining Table, sold separately.
